Only show the last 6 months instead of the whole year, making the one bad month more prominent. This is true, but it’s an unethical interpretation. It focuses on a single month’s increase rather than the fact that Alex was at or below the goal 10 out of 12 months.

Filter shelf: Month filtered to last 6 months
Comment: Right-click a mark on the view and select Annotate to add a comment. “Alert: Alex has shown a 33% increase in errors during a key project period (Month 7), indicating a serious inability to handle stress and maintain quality standards.”
